Drawdy FAQ
Why did you build Drawdy?+
We built Drawdy because we weren’t satisfied with the market-leading whiteboard tools. We believed we could build something better: a fast, flexible whiteboard with AI support built into the way people work. Our vision is “Your team. Your AI. One whiteboard.” Drawdy brings people and their existing AI tools onto the same canvas, with an extension system that lets anyone shape the whiteboard around their needs.
What does the Free plan include?+
Drawdy’s permanent free plan includes unlimited local boards, offline drawing, three cloud boards, drawing tools, real-time collaboration, 14-day version history, AI integration via MCP and extensions. No credit card is required, and you can start drawing without an account.
Does connecting my AI cost extra?+
Drawdy includes MCP access on both Free and Pro plans. Connect the AI service you already use; any subscription or usage charges from that AI provider still apply. Drawdy does not include an AI subscription.
Can I create my own extensions?+
Yes. Build custom tools, panels and interactive features with Drawdy’s extension API, or give the documentation to a coding agent and ask it to create an extension for you. You can also install ready-made tools from the marketplace.
What happens to my boards if I cancel Pro?+
After the paid period ends you revert to Free; cloud boards over the free limit become view-only, while local boards remain untouched.
