    I needed to open an old OST file after my Outlook profile stopped working. I wasn't sure if this tool would work because the file was 10 GB in size, but I gave it a try. After that, the conversion finished without any issues. All my details were maintained during the process. I didn't check every single email, but everything I needed was there.     For a client record cleanup, I needed to turn several Outlook MSG messages into PDF files so they could be stored and shared easily. Softaken MSG to PDF Converter felt suitable because it was focused on this one task and did not require extra steps. I selected the MSG files, used the preview to confirm the emails, and exported them to PDF. The converted files kept the main email details, attachments were handled properly, and the output was easy to arrange in folders. I only felt the preview could load a bit faster for bigger batches, but it did not slow the job much.
