Developers and agents explicitly record decisions, rejected approaches, reasons, and when to reconsider them; later sessions retrieve that context through MCP or a Python CLI. Records stay in a local SQLite database. MIT-licensed, no account or subscription, and no LLM calls by Selvedge itself.
