Calculate weekly work hours, breaks, overtime and gross pay. Type one line per day, paste a schedule or use a detailed time card. Free and private.
This time card calculator turns a messy workweek into clear hours, overtime, and estimated gross pay in seconds.
- Runs in your browser - Saves your draft locally - Exports to CSV
Choose the quickest way to enter your work time. Add Week 2 only for a biweekly pay period; it is ignored when you use one week.
One day per line: 9am-5pm or 09:00-17:00. 12am is midnight; 12pm is noon. Never mix 17:00pm. Commas split paid periods, so unpaid breaks are not counted. An earlier end time means next day.
