I'm Ondrej, built this originally for myself - got tired of manually updating screenshots every time my UI changed figured it might be useful for others so made it open source. just run: npx heroshot click on stuff you want to capture, done. next time it regenerates everything automatically would love to hear what you think, still early days so any feedback helps
Documentation screenshots rot. Your UI changes, but the images in your README, docs, and tutorials become outdated. The manual fix is painful: navigate, log in, screenshot, crop, save, commit. Repeat for every image.
