Meeting notes are useless if the actual work never happens. Most AI notetakers just dump a text summary in a channel and call it a day. The fact that Ari actually tracks ownership and carries that unresolved context straight into the agenda for the next meeting is a much smarter approach. It turns a static document into a living loop.

The calendar feature looks useful because a busy day can leave very little time for real work. Back-to-back meetings can make it hard to get anything done between calls. And can it also spot meetings that could be skipped or done another way when the day gets too full?

A good 1:1 can be hard to prepare for when there are several people to manage. Can Ari bring together the person’s recent progress, open points and things worth talking about before each 1:1?

Our team has small tasks we do every week like sending the same update or checking the same things. It would be helpful if Ari could notice these repeated tasks and suggest ways to automate them. We could then pick the ones that are worth automating instead of trying to find all these tasks ourselves. Best of luck to the team behind Ari!

A reminder is only helpful if I still have to do the work myself. It’s more useful when Ari can take care of the next step too, like drafting an email, making a report or creating a doc. I’d still want to check it before sending anything but having the work ready to review would be much better than getting another reminder. A question that came to mind: can Ari handle the next step on its own, or does it always wait for me to approve the action first?

Small tasks like sending a weekly update or making a report can be annoying when they have to be set up again and again. I like the idea of just telling Ari what I want done in plain words instead of building a full workflow myself. That could make automation useful even for people who don't want to spend time setting up automations.

Before a customer call, it can take a while to piece together what we've talked about before. One thing is in Slack, another is in email and something else might be from an earlier call. Can Ari bring the useful details about that customer into one place before the call?

I tried Ari for a couple of meetings and I liked what it did after the meeting. It picked up the things I needed to do, so I didn't have to go back through my notes later and figure out what I had agreed to. The meeting coaching was useful too. It gives you a few things to think about after the meeting instead of just giving you a transcript. I'd like to see how it gets better as Ari learns more about my meetings and how I work.

Trying to remember why a decision was made a few months ago can be harder than finding the decision itself. I’ve had to search old conversations and meeting records just to answer a simple “why did we do this?” question. This tool finding those old decisions could save time. It would be even better if the result showed who made the decision, when it was made and what led to it. Sometimes the reason matters just as much as the decision.

Weekly status reports can take more time than expected. I usually have to check Slack messages, meeting notes and task updates to figure out what everyone worked on and what is still pending. Ari pulling that information together into a weekly status draft would save a lot of that manual work. I'd still want to review and edit the draft myself before sending it, but having the first version already prepared would be a big help.

Before a team meeting, we usually have to look through old notes and Slack messages just to get everyone back up to speed. Can Ari pull the important decisions, open tasks and recent updates together before the meeting so we can spend the time talking about the real issues?

We've had projects where the original plan looked solid, but a few small priority changes gradually pulled the team in another direction. By the time someone notices, weeks of work have already gone into things that weren't part of the original goal. Ari connecting company goals with team priorities and the work actually being done could help catch that earlier. I'd be interested to see how it decides when normal changes in priorities have turned into real drift.

I’ve lost track of a few action items before just because they were buried in a busy Slack thread. Someone says they’ll handle something, everyone moves on and then it gets forgotten a few days later. The idea of Ari keeping those commitments in view sounds pretty useful. Can it also remind the person when a follow-up is getting missed?

Congrats on the launch! Keeping project updates in sync can take more time than the actual work sometimes. I like that Ari can pull progress from meetings, conversations and docs instead of asking everyone for another status update. That could make weekly updates much easier for the team. And last thing: How does Ari know when a project update has changed?

AI That Runs the Work Around the Work Ari by Ariso takes the project-management overhead off your team’s plate: status updates, follow-ups, progress tracking, reporting, meeting recap, and the constant hunt for context. Managers, team leads, and product leaders spend too much of their week maintaining the machine instead of doing the work only they can do: leading people, making decisions, shipping product, and moving the business forward. Ari connects across meetings, Slack, email, calendar, documents, and company knowledge. It quietly captures what changed, tracks commitments, surfaces risks, prepares updates, and keeps priorities moving without making everyone fill out another dashboard. What Ari handles from day one • Captures meeting decisions, action items, and ownership • Drafts follow-ups and keeps commitments from disappearing into Slack • Builds status updates from real work across conversations, meetings, and documents • Tracks priorities, dependencies, and emerging blockers • Prepares leaders for meetings with the context they need • Answers questions about projects, customers, decisions, and company knowledge • Creates daily briefings so people know what needs attention without chasing updates • Automates recurring coordination work across the tools your team already uses More than project tracking Ari also works as a personal chief-of-staff and coach for the people doing the work. It helps employees communicate clearly, prepare for difficult conversations, build stronger habits, and grow as leaders. Managers get a clearer view of progress and where their attention will matter most, without turning work into surveillance. Built for self-managing teams that want less reporting, fewer status meetings, and more time for meaningful work.

AI chief-of-staff that captures meetings, messages and docs, then automates updates, follow-ups and coaching.
