The "manager hands out the work, you step in when a decision is yours" split is the interesting bit. How does the manager decide something is your decision rather than one it can make? Is that set per specialist (e.g. anything that spends money or publishes needs approval) or does the manager judge it case by case? For the weekly blog post workflow in your screenshots, I'd want to know exactly which step pauses for me.

Great question, and honestly it’s the first thing I’d ask too before letting AI touch real work. Short answer: you stay in control, and you pick how strict you want to be. The light version is just telling the agent. Something like “ask me before spending more than $100”. If it has a way to reach you, it’ll stop and wait for your answer. It works well, but it’s still the model judging, so I wouldn’t rely on it alone for money. Then there are guardrails: you attach them to an agent and they check what it reads or writes. They can warn you, rewrite the text, or simply block it. And when it really matters, I’d go for a workflow. A plain condition (“over $100? go to approval”) always takes the same path, and an approval step waits for you every single time. No surprises. In the blog post example, that’s exactly the setup: the team writes the draft, then everything stops until you say yes. Nothing reaches WordPress or the editor before that. Happy to dig into your own case if you tell me what you’d want to automate!

An AI assistant helps you. An AI team works for everyone. Describe the work in plain words and the Assistant builds the team: AI specialists with their own tools and knowledge, a manager who hands out the work, and you when a decision is yours. Add workflows when the path must be followed, sharpen the instructions in Prompt Studio, and see what each specialist did. Then go further: build VibeApps on your team with the React SDK, applications that adapt to each person who uses them. Try it free, no card. Images: an example trip in the Studio (simulated bookings); an example workflow (weekly blog post), built with the Studio Assistant; the final pick of the Shopping Lab demo team.

  • AI Assistant — Describe what you need in plain words. It asks what it needs to know, shows a plan, then builds a draft of your team, agent or workflow that you can change and save.
  • Workflows — Draw the steps: a form, a rule, an approval, an AI step. The same steps run every time, and AI works only where you want it. Reach email, WordPress, web search, files or any servic
  • Prompt Studio — The instructions decide how good an agent is. Test them against saved cases, get a score for each try and a better version, and keep the best one.
  • Knowledge Bases — Give your agents your own texts: web pages, a whole website, a news feed and more. They find passages by meaning, and an agent receives only what fits its question.
  • Data Tables — Tables your agents look up and fill, your workflows read and write, and your apps reach through the SDK. Agents forget; a table keeps the work.
  • VibeApps and React SDK — A VibeApp is an application that adapts to the person who uses it: they say what they want, an AI team does the work, and the app asks when a choice is theirs. Build yours with the
  • Run tracing — See what each specialist did, step by step, not just the final answer. When a result surprises you, you can find which specialist went wrong.

Use cases

  • Plan a trip (demo with simulated bookings): one expert per topic, and a manager makes one plan.
  • Compare a product across two stores and get a report with the best picks.
  • Compare a CV with a job description and get a recommendation for the recruiter.

Agentivity FAQ

What can I build with Agentivity?+

AI agents with their own tools and knowledge, teams of specialists that share the work, workflows that mix AI steps and fixed steps, and VibeApps: applications with an AI team behind them.

What is a VibeApp?+

An application that adapts to the person who uses it. Instead of going through screens, they say what they want, a team of AI specialists does the work, and the app stops to ask when a choice is theirs. You build one with the React SDK.

A team or a workflow?+

A workflow when the path is known and must be followed. A team when the cases are many and different and the specialists must decide how to handle each one. You can combine them: a workflow can hand a step to a whole team.

How do my agents use my own data?+

A Knowledge Base gives them your texts, found by meaning. A Data Table gives them tables to look up and fill.

Which AI models can I use?+

The one you connect, with your own key: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek or AWS Bedrock.

Is it free?+

The hosted plans can be tried free, no card.
