What I like about Aissist.io is that it does not try to reinvent the wheel. It plugs into existing platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, and Gorgias, and automates the busywork directly inside those flows. The API-first design gives devs room to extend it or layer on custom logic instead of being stuck with a black box.
