What to do if Brevo is down
- Queue outgoing messages and retry later; most providers accept and deliver late rather than drop.
- For critical mail (password resets, receipts) keep a second provider configured as a fallback.
- Check the components list: the API, SMTP relay, webhooks and the dashboard often fail separately.

Where is the official Brevo status page?+
https://status.brevo.com. It’s run by Brevo itself and lists each component, open incidents and past incidents (it also covers Sendinblue). DevHunt reads its public status API; nothing here is added or guessed.
Brevo isn’t working for me, but the status page says it’s up. Why?+
Status pages update a few minutes after a problem starts, and small or regional issues sometimes never show up. Check your own network, VPN and API keys, try another browser or region, and look at the components list: one feature can fail while the rest works.
What can I use while Brevo is down?+
Common alternatives listed on DevHunt are linked below this FAQ. For a long outage, switch the part of your workflow that depends on Brevo; for short ones, retrying with backoff is usually enough.
Does DevHunt collect outage reports from users?+
