As tech lead at Applied Intuition I invested a lot into my team’s agent productivity and realized nothing kept outcomes tied to what we were spending. Earlier at Coinbase I built data pipelines to measure bottlenecks in our dev-prod stack and shipped tools and fixes that saved thousands of engineering hours per month and millions of dollars in infra spend per year. Token spend is the fastest growing infra cost in engineering and teams are only starting to monitor it. Thinker makes it visible and smaller.
