if you gave Respira.press a vote, thank you! if you give the product a try and feel you need more days in you trial, i will be happy to extend it for making sure the product is a fit for your WordPress work. I am a solo founder/builder and your feedback means everything to me 🤍

Launch week, day four, and here is what the week taught me rather than what the listing says. Eight plugin releases since Tuesday, all from one question: what does an AI agent do to a live site when nobody is watching? The answers shipped as code, not as a policy page. A read of a settings option no longer hands the agent another plugin's API key. It gets [redacted] and has to ask a person for the full value. The security scan now spots a plugin that is running but removed itself from the plugin list. That is how a hidden plugin took a company's legal pages offline last week; it was found and removed through Respira in about ten minutes, and it is why there is now a quarantine tool that stops a plugin without running any of its code and keeps every file as evidence. And the WordPress MCP Adapter became optional, so a site that already runs it gets one endpoint, not two. The thing I keep arguing with myself about: every destructive tool returns an approval token to the agent and asks it to show a person first. Nothing in MCP makes it wait. So there is an opt-in mode now where the token does nothing until an administrator presses Approve in wp-admin. For a dev tool that feels like friction. For a client site it feels like the only honest default. Where would you draw that line? And if you run WordPress for clients: what is the one thing you would never let an agent do without a human, even with a snapshot behind it? Everything above is in the changelog at respira.press/releases. I read every reply here.

Hi, I’m Mihai. I build Respira for WordPress alone, from Brașov, Romania. It started from a simple frustration: AI could write the change, but I still had to paste it into WordPress myself, and if it touched a page builder it usually broke the layout. So Respira gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex real access to a WordPress site, in the page builder’s own format, across 17 page builders. The part I care about most is safety. Every edit lands on a duplicate, a snapshot is saved first, and nothing goes live until you approve it. It’s free for 7 days with no card. I read every comment here and I’d like to hear what breaks for you.
