复用已有的 Claude Code / Cursor 订阅来做 review 这个思路很对——单独为 review 再开一份订阅，是我之前用这类工具最大的心理门槛。read-only 默认模式也加分。想问一下，所谓的 full repo context 在 monorepo 上怎么处理？是预先建了索引，还是只取当前 diff 附近的调用链？

Keeping Jira as the source of truth while the agent works locally is the right call — copy-pasting ticket context into the terminal gets old fast. When the session finishes, does the transcript get written back to the ticket automatically?

The exact-KB target is the part I'd actually use. Most compressors make you drag a quality slider and re-check the file size by hand until it fits under the limit.

Finally a Firestore emulator that doesn't drag a JVM into CI. A single Rust binary with 5.5 ms startup is a genuine quality-of-life win for test pipelines. Curious how you plan to keep security-rules parity as Google adds new rule features — that seems like the hardest part long-term.
