    Hi DevHunt, I'm Dion. My small team has spent the past year setting up Claude Code inside 50+ companies, and in almost every one the staff told me their ChatGPT was smarter. They had a point. ChatGPT knew them from months of chats, while their Claude Code opened in an empty folder. The CEO's skills and CLAUDE.md lived on the CEO's laptop, and the first question was always "so can sales read the HR folder now?" Trina AX is what we ended up building: one server with the company files, one shared set of skills, and file access checked per person. It's AGPL, so you can run it yourself. Happy to answer anything about permissions or self-hosting.
