I built AC Bridge because I'd give Claude Code a long task, step away, and come back twenty minutes later to find it stopped two minutes in, waiting for permission. Now my desk lamp tells me: blue while it works, red when it needs me, green when it's done. It uses the hooks Claude Code and Codex already fire, so no API key and no change to how you run your agent.
