Hi DevHunt! Hyred started from watching fresh graduates in Indonesia send dozens of applications and hear nothing back, mostly because an ATS or a quick recruiter skim drops the CV before anyone reads it. The part devs might find interesting: there is no OCR step. The PDF goes straight to the model for structured extraction, then a separate grading pass scores it against a rubric built from 1,500+ real CVs. Claude is the primary model with an automatic OpenAI fallback. Happy to go deeper on the rubric or the pipeline, and honest feedback on the review output is very welcome.
