Jern Cloud runs a coding agent on an isolated machine per task, under a policy your repository pins, with hard caps on tokens, spend, and time. The agent holds no credential and its only route out is the gateway. Work arrives as a pull request with a signed receipt of what the agent did: policy digest, tokens, files, services, hosts. Bring your own model key; the runtime is open source.
