It connects to Jira, GitHub, GitLab and Azure DevOps, builds a data warehouse of your development information, and gives you the cockpit picture: DORA metrics, team focus, per-engineer workload, and CapEx-vs-OpEx breakdown. Born inside Codpal, a CTO-as-a-service company — we needed to walk into huge engineering departments and understand them in days, not months.
