Every team has things they know to check for on every PR, but checking for them consistently is hard, and the cost of missing one is silent: a corrupted metric, a broken user journey, docs drifting out of sync. Continue lets you write those standards down once as AI checks that enforce themselves automatically. Each check is a markdown file in your repo that acts as a single-purpose agent with a pass/fail result, just like CI. When a check fails, it suggests a specific diff; when it passes, it's silent. The goal isn't to replace human review but to free it up for the things that actually need you.
