Apollo

Ditch the spreadsheet. Automate your marathon training.

Apollo is a free, open-source marathon training platform built with Electron and Vite. I built it because trying to fit a rigid 18-week marathon plan into a non-traditional work schedule was a nightmare.

Instead of manually dragging cells around a spreadsheet, Apollo automates the logistics:

  • 🗓️ Dynamic Scheduling: Input your current mileage and the exact days you can run. Apollo generates a progressive plan (like Pfitzinger, Hanson's, or Higdon) that fits your life.
  • 🔗 Smart Strava Sync: Authenticate via OAuth to automatically pull your daily runs, match them to your plan, and log your splits.
  • 📈 Coaching Engine: Features a VDOT + extrapolation blend for race prediction, 5-zone HR tracking, and weekly readiness scores.

Whether you're looking for a better way to track your miles or just want to poke around an Electron/Vite codebase, I'd love your feedback!
