aiball turns your Claude Code sessions into persistent agents you steer like a GitHub board — one per project, all from a single local-first ticket queue.

Pair a session with claude-loop and it stays alive between turns: queue tickets any time, and the agent wakes on each one and drains the backlog autonomously — no babysitting, no interruption mid-turn. Each project gets tickets + threaded comments, with decisions that ride on the comment: the agent proposes a resolution or a plan, you accept or reject in place, and the thread is the audit trail.

Hybrid by design: a looped session is your normal terminal with a coach attached — grab the keyboard and drive Claude live, or feed it tickets and walk away. Same session, same context. aiball notices your keystrokes, backs off while you take over, then resumes when you leave.

Everything runs on 127.0.0.1 (SQLite + Unix socket) and stays in ~/.local/share/aiball — no cloud, no telemetry. One command exposes it over your private Tailscale network, so you can moderate and queue work from your phone while storage stays local.
